full. before filling out the Technical Problem Report
form.
NOTE: The
diagnostic codes
displayed by the LED readout on our POST test cards are
generated by the BIOS on the system being tested, they
are not pre-programmed into the test cards.
For additional post codes not listed in our test card
manuals:
We
make every effort to keep manuals up to date with the
latest BIOS manufacturer POST codes, however there will always
be a time lag. If your code is NOT LISTED in our manual, chances are you have a newer motherboard. Visit the manufacturer of your BIOS and download the
latest BIOS manual. In most cases, where the last post code is displayed on the POST card is generally the problem area.
If you
can't find your BIOS version in the FlipPost manual, or to keep up-to-date
with the latest Post Codes, be sure to research the bios maker and
the VERSION of the bios that you are troubleshooting. If
you are working with an AWARD bios, then you need to visit
the AWARD website and download the post code manual
provided DIRECTLY from the manufacture. Manufactures
include: AWARD, AMI, PHOENIX, etc... for further info see
links below.
BIOS Manufacturers
normally have the downloads broken down into revision
number such as AWARD version 3.5 post code manual etc,
they also often have an explanation of the problem
and code that is displayed on the test card.

PAY-PAL Orders:
A receipt for your PayPal purchase will have been emailed to
you at the email registered in your PayPal account. If you did not receive a
PayPal confirmation/receipt, log
into your account to view details/print off the transaction
online.
For Shipping Inquiries: All orders are either
shipped from the USA or downloaded from the USA. All on-line orders received
before 3:00pm EST (EDT) will be shipped the same business
day. Orders shipped within the USA should be received in 2
to 3 business days. Other countries usually take up to 6
working days, however it can take longer in some
instances.

In
order to receive your product activation codes you must
first register your product, Click

Shortly
after registration, your product activation code will be
sent to the email address you entered on the registration
form. Please check your INBOX for your activation email,
if you can't find it, check your SPAM folders, especially
if you are using AOL, HOTMAIL, YAHOO, EARTHLINK or similar
email accounts.
To
Activate Your On-Line Purchase: Please, see the
Getting Started .doc file in your software download. The
authorization information MUST be entered exactly as you
received it in the authorization registration email that
was sent to you. Copy and Paste the information exactly as
you received it, this will eliminate 99% of potential
problems. A few common mistakes are: forgetting to use the
same punctuation or incorrect upper and lower case
letters.

Drives are pre- authorized for immediate use for this

PC-Diag Pro Windows - This product must be
registered before you can receive an authorization/
