UK limited companies must all submit
an annual return (form 363) to Companies House. As
it's name indicates it must be submitted annually,
informing of any changes to the company structure as
well as company accounts information.
Using accountants or solicitors for
this service can be very expensive, however we can
carry out the Company House return service for
you for the nominal sum of only £39.00 plus vat per
year.
