New Companies

With our new company formation service, you choose your own preferred company name and we form and register the new company for you. 

Proposed new company names have to be submitted for Companies House approval, to ensure name availability as well as the suitability of the name for it's purpose, particularly where the company name contains sensitive words such as "International", "Holding" , "Group" etc.

We can usually register a new UK Ltd Company in 4 hours, but it can sometimes take several days depending on Companies House approval and individual customer requirements.

• Combined Register (Register of Members, Directors and Secretaries interests, allotments and charges)
• Certificate of non-trading (confirms that the Company has not yet traded)
• Payment of all company registration fees
