Companies House Annual Return: UK limited companies must submit an annual return to Companies House notifying any changes in company details such as directors, address etc. 

Registered Office: All UK Limited Companies must have a registered office in the UK, where  company registration documents, accounts etc, are required to be available for public inspection. 

You can use your accountants and/or solicitors for the above, but this can be expensive, or we can handle either or both obligations for you for a small annual fee.
