New Limited Company Formations

With our new company formation service, you choose your own preferred company name and we form and register the new company for you. 

Proposed new company names have to be submitted for Companies House approval, to ensure name availability as well as the suitability of the name for it's purpose, particularly where the company name contains sensitive words such as "International", "Holding" , "Group" etc.

We can usually register a new UK Ltd Company in 4 hours, but it can sometimes take several days depending on Companies House approval and individual customer requirements.

Company Registered Office & Companies House Annual Returns Services

Companies House Annual Return: UK limited companies must submit an annual return to Companies House notifying any changes in company details such as directors, address etc. 

Registered Office: All UK Limited Companies must have a registered office in the UK, where  company registration documents, accounts etc, must be available for public inspection. 

You can use your accountants and/or solicitors for the above, but this can be expensive, or we can handle either or both obligations for you for a small annual fee.
