Simply use microdermabrasion resurfacing cream once weekly on clean, dry skin: Apply a thin layer to the face and (if desired) the decollete, avoiding upper & lower eyelids and lips. For your initial session, leave on for 5 minutes, gradually building up to 20-30 minutes, depending on skin tolerance. 

Remove microdermabrasion cream thoroughly with tepid water, pat dry and if desired, apply Injection-Free, solution-based skin products, hydrator, sunscreen or make-up.
